How do I get started with purchasing my personalized song?
STEP 1: Please fill out the form on this page - Be sure to include as many details as possible regarding your story! 
STEP 2: I will e-mail you back within 24 hours (unless otherwise noted on my website) with a link to purchase your song! 
STEP 3: I will then get started creating your one-of-a-kind song! It will be digitally delivered to you via e-mail within 7 to 10 business days (along with the typed lyric sheet)!

When will my song be ready?
You will have your song within 7 to 10 business days from your purchase date. If you need your song before that, I will be more than happy to do a rush order & work with you to get your song to you as soon as possible.
Rush orders are subject to a fee of $45.00 USD.

How do I receive my song digitally with the typed lyrics?
I will e-mail you a direct download link to your song, as well as the typed lyric sheet/acoustic video!

How long will my song be in length & how is it structured?
- FULL SONG PACKAGE: Your song will run between 2:30 to 4:00 minutes. Typical song structure is as follows: Verse 1 / Chorus / Verse 2 / Chorus / Ending Verse and/or Chorus. Songs may or may not have a pre-chorus or bridge. 
- MINI SONG/JINGLE: Your song will run between 30 seconds to 1 minute. Typical song structure for this option: Verse 1 / Chorus / Repeat Chorus.
- SHORT SONG: Your song will run between 1:30 to 2:00 minutes. Typical song structure for this option: Verse 1 / Chorus / Verse 2 / Chorus.

Unfortunately, at this time, no. This is due to copyrights. But I promise to create & craft a song you'll love!

Refund Policy?
Due to this being a fast-paced & personalized product, I do not issue refunds. Sorry!

Can I have a lyric revision after hearing my song?
Unfortunately, no. Please provide all your details/story in the submission form above; anything you provide has a chance of making it into the song. Be sure to fill out the box with "must have details"! Please understand this a personalized product so it is very hard to make changes after it is complete. Think of it as if you're ordering something that is engraved; you cannot make changes to an engraved piece of art once its ordered.

Who owns the copyrights of the song?
Lilly MacPhee will own and retain all the rights, copyrights, intellectual properties to your personalized song; including but not limited to: royalties, licensing, advertising, publishing. This is because she wrote the lyrics, melody & production for your song - You are gifting this to your loved one, not distributing it to radio. You paid Lilly for her songwriting service plus the product, not the rights to the song. YOU will be able to use this song in any way you choose! (Personal videos, slideshows, social media, etc) - After all, this is a SONG FOR YOU. :)
